You have lots of options
Whether you prefer ordering via our website, or faxing us a purchase order, we’re happy to accommodate your shopping style.
Here are some of your choices.
Order online
If you like the convenience of doing your own research online, in your own space and time, then you can read all about our tiny computers, decide which one is for you, and then head over to our online store to place your order.
If you have questions at any point, you can ring us on 1300 859 799, or send us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
If you don’t want to, you never have to speak to us at all, and we’re completely cool with that.
Drop us an email
If you don’t want to order using our shopping cart for any reason, please feel free to send us your order by email instead.
Just let us know which products you’re after, what options you want (if any), how many you want, and where you want us to send them, and we’ll send you a proforma invoice (like a draft order).
Then all you have to do is pay for your order, and your stuff will “magically” arrive.
Give us a call
If you’d prefer to talk to a real person, we’re happy to talk.
Just pick up the phone and give us a call, and we’ll happily answer all of your questions.
We even have a special phone number for you (1300 859 799), so it’ll only cost you a local call, no matter where you are in Australia.
We can help you nut out the specs of the computer you want, take all of your details over the phone, and then magically your stuff will arrive on your doorstep.
Send us a purchase order
If you need to raise a purchase order before you can buy anything, we can work with that.
Just send us your purchase order by fax or email, and we’ll send you a proforma invoice.
You check the invoice over, make sure it’s all correct, and then organise payment. Easy.
Request a formal quote
We’re happy to give you a firm price and availability by email or over the phone, but if you need a formal quote, that’s OK too.
You can request a formal quote using our online store, or you can just send us your request by phone, fax or email.
We’ll raise a formal quote, on fancy letterhead and everything, and then email it to you.
What you do with it after that is up to you, but when you’re ready to turn it into an order, we can help you with that too!
We’re very flexible
We’re happy to work with your purchasing systems, whatever they are. We can be very flexible.
The only two things we’re not so flexible on are:
- Payment upfront
- Just “dropping in”
We don’t normally offer credit terms, and we don’t have a shop front, so we’re not set up to do retail sales.
But otherwise you’ll find us incredibly accommodating. And friendly too :)
